Though emphasizing French Grand Crus, the collection also includes selections of collector's wines as well as affordable value labels from major wine producing regions.

All the wines are stored in sophisticated temperature and humidity controlled rooms and custom-made Vinotemp cabinets. In order to ensure the quality of the classic French and collector's wines, the hotel only purchase from reliable European dealers or directly from vineyard. Rare by strong wines such as Sauternes, Madeira and Tokay Essencia are sometimes purchased through Christie's or Sotheby's.
