How to earn Rewards Points
a) Reward Points will be accrued based on the cash value charged to your credit card for every completed reservation made through Precision Reservations.com. Make reservations for your friends and family and we’ll give you the Reward Points.
b) You can also earn Reward Points through our "Refer a Friend" program. This is available to all Precision Rewards members, so if you refer family, friends or workmates to Precision Rewards you earn 100 Rewards Points for each of the first three unique referrals.
c) Once you have departed a hotel, you will be asked to provide feedback. Each time you provide a hotel review, you receive a bonus of 500 Rewards Points.How many Rewards Points do I get?
For every dollar you spend on a completed booking made through the Precision Reservations network, you will earn 25 Rewards Points. So, if you spend US$1,000 on your reservation, you’ll earn 25,000 Rewards Points. Elite75 Members earn an additional 25% Bonus Points for every dollar spent.
How to redeem Rewards Points

When you make a reservation at a participating hotel and your current account
balance exceeds 5,000 Rewards Points (for Premier Members), you will be asked
if you would like to redeem part of your accumulated points to pay for your
booking.
If you decide to use your Rewards Points to pay for the reservation, we will convert your Rewards Points into the equivalent US Dollars and deduct that amount from the total value of your booking. If you choose not to redeem any points then your balance will accrue until the next time you make a reservation.
Elite75 Members can redeem a minimum of 1,000 points.
Your Reward Points can be used for any reservation at a hotel that displays the Precision Rewards logo, so by redeeming just 12,500 points you can save US$25 on your next booking. For Premier Members, the minimum number of points redeemed for a standard hotel reservation is 5,000 points.
For Elite75 Members, the minimum number of points redeemed for a standard hotel reservation is 1,000 points.

1. How do I find a hotel and make a Precision Reservation?
Precision Reservations lists over 9000 hotels worldwide and these can be easily found using our ‘Hotel Search’ function, or by selecting a country and city of your choice using the ‘Destination Search’.
To use the Hotel Search, simply type in the name of the hotel you are looking for in the search box and our internal search engine will provide results that match your criteria. If we don’t happen to have the hotel you are looking for in our database, we are sure you will find a suitable alternative from those hotels displayed for that location. All areas we list hotels in can be found using the Destination Search tool.
The discount hotels displayed on Precision Reservations are in the 2-star to 5-star range, and the individual hotel pages will usually have several photos, as well as information about the facilities offered by the hotel.
The rates displayed for each hotel show both the published rates and our special discounted rates, which are all per room and not per person. All hotel rates are listed in U.S dollars, so please use our Currency Converter to see the equivalent value in your home currency.
After you have selected your preferred hotel, you will need to complete our secure reservation form in order for us to process your request. If you do not receive confirmation of availability online then we will notify you of the status of your request by e-mail within 24 hours. Also, be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your stay after arrival at the hotel, please contact our Customer Service agents to avoid paying the hotel's full rate.
Up 2. What happens after I submit my booking request?
Upon receipt of your booking request we will immediately contact our supplier, or in some cases the hotel, to confirm availability. After we have a reply from them we will send you a confirmation e-mail regarding the status of your booking. If a room is available, once you have submitted your credit card details and agreed to the booking conditions specified in the confirmation email, then the reservation is confirmed and a hotel voucher will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. The hotel voucher will only be issued after we have received and validated your credit card information.
Up 3. Can I book directly with the hotel?
No. The rates displayed on the Precision Reservations website are only available through this service. Hotel rates are often 75% more expensive. Also our agents are trained to help you switch hotels and deal with problems that hotels cannot help you with.
Up 4. How long does it take to check if a room is available?
Many of the hotels we offer, allow Instant Confirmation of Availability. For other hotels we check availability when we contact the hotel or our supplier with your reservation request. When you make your reservation we allow you to enter your top three choices in order of preference. We will confirm the first choice that has available rooms. This process normally takes no more than 24 hours.

All of the rates displayed are Per Room - NOT per person.
Up 6. Do you need my credit card details at the time I make a reservation?
Precision Reservations is unique among most travel websites in that we only require a valid credit card number after you have received your electronic confirmation of availability, and you have decided to proceed with your booking. The only exception to this is when your booking is within 10 days of your arrival date and we require these details immediately in order to secure your reservation.
Up 7. What is your cancellation policy?
For hotel reservations made through Precision Reservations, you will receive an electronic confirmation which will display a due date by which time you must confirm acceptance of your reservation and the booking conditions by sending us your credit card details and replying to the confirmation email. If we do not receive these details by the due date we will cancel your booking request automatically.
Once accepted, shortening your stay during the high season, periods of high occupancy, during trade fairs and conventions, or failure to cancel your reservation prior to the due date noted on your confirmation may result in a PENALTY charge being imposed by the hotel. If a PENALTY charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Your confirmation email will specify the exact cancellation due date (i.e. the deadline you must cancel by in order to avoid any cancellation fee). Generally, the cancellation due date is 14 days prior to arrival at the hotel. The PENALTY CHARGE is usually one-night stay, unless specified on the confirmation email. You should reply to the confirmation email signaling your acceptance of the PENALTY charges.
Cancellation requests submitted via any of the means above, prior to the due date noted on your confirmation, will be automatically refunded 100% within 10 days of receiving the request. Any cancellation request submitted after the due date noted on your confirmation will also be processed within 10 days, and any applicable PENALTY charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Up 10.What is the normal hotel policy regarding children?
Most hotels adopt the policy of allowing children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The normal hotel policy is not to charge for children if they are under twelve years of age, while some hotels will limit occupants of a room to two adults and one child only. Only a few hotels will have existing bedding for two adults and two children in a room so an extra bed is usually required. Unfortunately, some hotels will charge for this extra bed.
Up 11. How do I know I’m getting the best rate?
Precision Reservations offers the following “Lowest Rate Guarantee”: If you have reserved a hotel room through Precision Reservations and then show us that you could book the same room for the same dates at a lower rate that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it by 5%. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all relevant Terms and Conditions and be submitted in compliance with our Claims Processing procedures.
Up 12. Is my reservation guaranteed?
All bookings secured via Precision Reservations are also now backed by our Reservation Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a voucher) is not available or cannot be honored when you arrive to check-in and no other room types that you had booked are available, immediately contact our 24-hour Customer Service Center at the contact number(s) listed on your hotel voucher. Our Customer Service Agents will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel and Precision Reservations will pay for the full cost of the first night’s stay, including any tax and service charges. Also, just provide a receipt and we will pay for all communication costs to our office.
